Any information that you supply will be processed by the Arborfield & Barkham Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group who are independently analysing the results of this feedback on behalf of Arborfield & Barkham Parish Councils, who, for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, are the Data Controllers.

Information provided will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be used for the purposes of developing the Neighbourhood Plan and any developments arising therefrom.

Your information will not be shared with any other parties, but please note that any comments you make may appear anonymously in the published results.

Online forms may also collect internet addresses that will help to prevent abuse, spam and/or denial of service attacks against the form. This information will not be used specifically to identify individuals, but may allow the overall number of responses from a given internet address to be ascertained.

Any personal information you send us via our website is kept securely and we will never divulge your personal information to other organisations, unless to satisfy a specific request you have made of us.

This site does not create cookies (text files) on your computer to track your movements.

Any personal information you voluntarily send us may be kept until the Neighbourhood Plan is completed to allow us to track the actions your comments may have caused us to take.

Any information you send us via this website is not encrypted.

We do keep a record of which web pages have been visited to monitor overall use of the site but this does not entail collecting any data about you, it simply counts how many users have visited a page over a given time.
